Turkey is country of 780,576 square kilometres, somewhat
larger than the state of Texas or France and Great Britain
combined. It is bordered by the Mediterranean, Aegean, Black
Sea, by Greece, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Nahcivan, Iran,
Iraq and Syria about three percent of country in Europe.
South and east Dardanelles, The Sea of Marmara and Bosphorus
stretches the peninsula known as Asia Minor or Anatolia.
Eight thousand two hundred ten kilometres of its border are
shores lined with fertile plains: these rise quickly to high,
dry, central plataue where nineteen mountains including Mt.
Ararat, over 3500 meters high. The country has three main
temparete climates: Mediterranean in the south, Black Sea in
the north and steppe throughout most of Anatolia. There are
four naturel lakes: Van, Tuz, Beysehir, Egirdir. Two large
man - made lakes on Euphrates River back up behind the Keban
and Ataturk dams. A number of its rivers well known in
antiquity Euphrates, Tigris, Halys, Araxes, Sangarius,
Meander and Pyramus.
The capital of Turkey Ankara located in Central Anatolia. In
1950 the population is numbered about 20 million: by the turn
of century it is estimated that the population will be 70
million. More than fifty percent of the lobar force is
engaged in agriculture. The main cash crops include tobacco
(Turkey is the world's sixth largest producer) cereals,
cotton, olive oil, mohair, wool, silk, figs, raisins, nuts,
fruits, opium, gum, and sugar. Antimony, borate, copper and
chrome are minded in sufficient quantities to be exported. In
recent years a number of industries have become important in
the national economy. These include food and beverages,
clothing and cloth manufacture, chemicals, ceramics and motor
vehicles.

Day 2 - Sat:

• Afternoon departure for Ankara Around 15:00 hrs and
late arrival at Ankara.
Day 4 - Mon : Ankara -
Cappadocia (B,D)
• Morning departure to view Hittite artifacts at the
Museum of Anatolian Civilizations.
• Visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk, father of modern
Turkey.
• Drive to Cappadocia, touring a 13rd century caravan
inn en route. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 5 - Tue :

• Tour Goreme’s rock chapels decorated with 6th
century frescoes,
• Zelve’s cliff - side Byzantine monastic complex,
• Uchisar’s natural citadel,
• Sarhatli underground
city. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 6 - Wed: Cappadocia -
Pamukkale (B,D)
• Drive to Pamukkale. En route we visit the famous
mauseleum of the sufi philosopher Mevlana.
• Drive to Pamukkale, dinner and overnight Turkish Turquoise Coast Option : Antalya to Kusadasi
Day 7 - Thu : Pamukkale -
Perge - Antalya (B,D)
• Morning drive to Antalya, arrival at mid - noon, a
relax afternoon by the Mediterranean coast.
Day 8 - Fri : Antalya

• Today we will have a full day tour to the
ancient city of Perge and the famous Roman theatre in
Aspendos
Day 9 - Sat : Antalya - Demre -
Kekova - Kalkan (B,D)
• After breakfast depart for Kas.,en route visit the
famous Church of St. Nicholas (Santa Claus) in Demre
and have a boat trip to Kekova (Sunken City) then overnight
in Kas .
Day 10 - Sun : Kas - Xanthos -
Patara - Fethiye (B,D)
•Today we will visit the Ancient cities Patara and
Xanthos then we proceed to famous beach resort Fethiye.
Dinner in a restaurant and overnight in Fethiye.
Day 11- Mon : Fethiye

• Day at leisure with the optional tours of
Oludeniz (Dead Sea) or Boat Trip to 12 Islands.

overnight in Fethiye.
Day 12 - Tue : Fethiye - Caunos
- Marmaris (B,D)
• After breakfast depart to Dalyan. After a short
trip arrive at Dalyan village and take one of those river
boats
to have a tour to famous mud baths with sulphure hot
springs, view the Ancient Kings’ Tombs of Caunos
City, finally have a relaxing swimming break at Iztuzu
Beach (also known as Turtle Beach) where is a natural
shelter and breeding site for Blue Crabs and nearly
extinct Loggerhead Sea Turtles (Caretta Caretta) . Dinner
and overnight in Marmaris.
Day 13 - Wed :Marmaris - Rhodes

• Day at leisure at this lovely town of Marmaris or

Day 14 - Thu :Marmaris - Bodrum

• After breakfast drive to Bodrum to visit
the Castle of St Peter.
The renowned Underwater Museum that was awarded the best
Underwater Museum of the World in 2000s.
• Then proceed to the foundations of the Mouseleum of Halicarnassos which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.
Day 15 -Fri :Bodrum - Kusadasi

• Early morning drive to Kusadasi to join the fellow
travelers and proceed to Ephesus.
• Full day tour the famous ruins of Ephesus Ancient City.
• St.Mary’s Cottage Dinner and overnight in
Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 16 - Sat : Pergamum - Troy -
Canakkale (B,D)
• Visit ancient Medical Center Asclepion in
Pergamum, Tour Troy with its famous wooden horse and
continue
on to Canakkale for overnight.
Day 17 - Sun : Dardanelles -
Gallipoli - Istanbul (B)
• Morning departure for Gallipoli and visit Anzac
Cove,
• Lone Pine Cemetery,
• Chunuk Bayir,
• Kabatepe War Museum then drive to Istanbul for
overnight.
